STORE POLICY
ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of receipt. Orders are processed once received and will be shipped during hours of USPS operation.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.

SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY
A domestic shipping flat rate of $10 is applied on each order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email update with your tracking number.
All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. The expected delivery date is 1-3 business days and is based on origin and destination. Please note that Keith Creations LLC is not responsible for delays caused by the postal service.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS AND REFUSED DELIVERY

We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it’s recognized as a valid address by the USPS. If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact the customer to provide an updated/correct address. If we cannot update the address, the order will be canceled and refunded.

Keith Creations LLC will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Please contact us for a price quote. Keith Creations LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (including tariffs, taxes, and other costs).
SHIPPING POLICY
For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt within 14 days of the date you received the product, and we will offer an exchange or a refund, subject to the conditions of the returned items.
In addition, please note the following: (i) customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping; and (ii) custom/personalized products are not eligible for return or refund.

NO REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY FOR DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Digital products include digital downloads, digital designs and illustrations. The purchase of these products are deemed “used” after download or opening, and all purchases made are non-refundable or exchangeable. Digital products are intangible, hence, there is a strict no refund policy.
